Forest Dunes is a Non-Smoking property and Smoking is not permitted in the units or on the balconies. 

A $10 per night per vehicle registration fee will be charged prior to arrival. You may register (1 vehicle for 1 bedrooms OR 2 vehicles for 2-3 bedrooms). Motorcycles, mopeds, scooters & Trailers are not allowed on property.

Your reservation is non-refundable and there will not be any refunds for early departure. Please note that reservations cannot be changed to alternate accommodations.

A $250 credit card pre-authorization will be authorized to the credit card on file the day of check-in. Check-in is contactless. You will receive a door code the day of arrival once your room is ready.

Because rates for your stay are not currently available, we are currently holding your reservation with a Future Booking placeholder rate with a ${{deposit}} deposit. Any remaining balance will be automatically charged to your card 72 hours prior to your arrival. If we are unable to process the card on file for the balance due, your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. The credit card used must be presented at check-in with matching photo ID.

A $250 credit card pre-authorization will be authorized to the credit card on file the day of check-in. Check-in is contactless. You will receive a door code the day of arrival once your room is ready.  

For extra peace of mind, you can protect your Vacation Investment today by adding our Vacation Interruption Protection for only $39.99.

This protection will allow you to change your dates free of charge or refund your deposit if you need to cancel up until 4 PM on the day of arrival. It will also allow a refund of the balance of your stay if you must depart early for any reason INCLUDING weather related instances like hurricanes.

The Vacation Interruption Protection fee is non-refundable and must be added within 24 hours of confirming the reservation.

Forest Dunes Resort: A $10 per night per vehicle registration fee will be charged prior to arrival. You may register (1 vehicle for 1 bedrooms OR 2 vehicles for 2-3 bedrooms). Motorcycles, mopeds, scooters & Trailers are not allowed on property.

Boardwalk Beach Resort: One vehicle permitted per reservation.

A $250 credit card pre-authorization will be authorized to the credit card on file within 48 hours of arrival. Check-in is contactless. You will receive your check-in instructions and door code the day of arrival once your room is ready. Daily housekeeping is not provided.

Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

If their arrival date is NOT within 30 days:

The deposit required today is ${{deposit}} which is 25% of your stay. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your card 30 days prior to your arrival. If we are unable to process the card on file for the balance due, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. 

If their arrival date is within 30 days:

Your total amount due today is ${{total}} and is non-refundable.
