Reservations made more than 30 days prior to arrival:

• Require a 25% deposit at the time of booking.

• The reservation balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Reservations made within 30 days of arrival: 

• Require full payment and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded 100% of the initial deposit paid.

• Cancellations between 14 and 30 days will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid.

• Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded.

• Willow Bend reservations cannot be changed to alternate accommodations. 

Amenities: Rentals include access to the Willow Bend community pool as well as the seasonal Four Seasons Restaurant and seasonal Beach Club Bar & Grill located at Ocean Creek Resort. Ocean Creek is located approximately 3 1/2 miles from the rental.
