• Deposit Policy: (Effective Dec. 18, 2025): 25% of the total is due at time of booking for arrivals more than 30 days from the booking date. Full balance is due at time of booking if within 30 days of arrival date. 

• Cancel Policy beginning December 18, 2025: Deposit is fully refundable 30 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable. Guest will have an opportunity to purchase 3rd party travel insurance (info TBD).  

• Housekeeping: There is NO Daily Housekeeping. 

• Extra Adult Charge: No Extra adult fee / Everyone is included in rate within max occupancy. 

Ocean Escape Boardwalk

• Cash and pre-paid cards will NOT be accepted at Check-in 

• Pre-Authorization: A $250 pre-authorization is required at check-in for all guests and must be placed on a valid credit card. Guests who purchase the ADP are still required to pay the pre-authorization. 

• Minimum Check-In Age: 21

• Check-In Time: 4 PM

• Check-Out Time: 10 AM

• Luggage Carts: No 

• Allows Locals: Locals will be allowed to book and stay during peak season (April 1 - October 1) 

Ocean Escape Boardwalk 

• Parking is located across the street from the resort. 

• A parking link will be sent to guest with their door code (Parking is offered through a third-party company)

• Vehicle Registration: $10 per night for the 1st vehicle. $20 per night for 2nd vehicle. 

• Additional Parking: There is an additional lot about 1 block from the main Ocean Escape lot. 

• Motorcycles and Trailers: Allowed as long as they only use their allocated space(s) per unit. Vehicles must be able to fit in a parking spot.

 Ocean Escape Boardwalk: 

• Ocean Escape guests have access to amenities at Captain's Quarters, Crown Reef and hotel BLUE
