There is a $20 fee should you need to change the dates within 14 days of arrival. There will not be any refunds for early departure.

• Pre-paid cards without a name will not be accepted at check-in. Prepaid credit cards without the guest’s name on them may be used for the deposit over the phone or for online reservations but will not be accepted for final payment at check-in.

• Pre-Authorization: A $250 pre-authorization (for incidentals) is required at check-in and must be placed on a valid credit card. Guests must pay their remaining balance due with a valid credit card at check-in.

• The first two Palace guests' use of the waterpark for each day of their stay is included (when the waterpark is open for the season).

• The additional purchased guests must be guests staying in the room (may not be friends staying at another resort for example).

• The purchase will occur at Palace Resort front desk.

• This also applies to owner reservations.

• Additional days may NOT be purchased

• Children must be accompanied by an adult 21 or over

• All guests must enter together on the same day (cannot have one go one day and another the next).

• Guests will be able to re-enter throughout the day (during operating hours).

• This will apply to our OTA (3rd party guests who book thru our rental program) as well.
