• Guests can reserve their room with only a $1 deposit! 

• Rate Code: Deferred Deposit

• Begins: December 5, 2025

• Book By: December 31, 2025

• Stay Dates: April 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026

• Minimum Requirement: 3 nights 

Booking Info: 

• Guests can book a room with only a $1 deposit! 

• Due to limited quantities, only one reservation can be booked per party. Additional reservations booked for the same party under this special will be subject to standard deposit collection.

• Guests cannot book multiple dates, or multiple rooms under different names.

• Duplicate reservations with the same credit card number or identified as part of the same party will be subject to the  standard deposit collection. If the guest’s credit card declines for the full deposit amount, the reservation will be cancelled. 

• Agents knowingly booking multiple reservations for the same party will be subject to disciplinary action. 

Deposit and Balance Info:

• The initial $1 deposit is non-refundable.

• The credit card used for the $1 deposit will automatically be charged on March 1, 2026 for the remaining deposit balance of the first night including taxes and fees. 

• Once remaining deposit balance is paid, remaining stay balance is due as normal.

• If the guest calls to modify their reservation and changes to a different rate code or special, the balance of the deposit will be due at that time.

VIP and Cancel Policy: 

• VIP Plan can be purchased within 24 hours of booking (normal policy). 

• We WILL allow guests to add the VIP up until 24 hours after the BALANCE of the 1st night is paid. 

• The VIP Plan (if purchased) is non-refundable.

• Cancel Policy: Guests must contact us prior to March 1, 2026 and inform us that they would like to cancel. We will at this time be allowing our 14 day Worry Free Guarantee with this special. The initial $1 deposit is non-refundable. 

Additional Info: 

• There are quotas set for high demand dates to limit the number of bookings on this rate code.

• The Damage Waiver (if purchased) is non-refundable.

• Additional Services (add-ons) are non-refundable. 

• Guests will receive a reminder email several days prior to the deposit due date letting them know they can cancel up until March 1, 2026 if they do not wish to be charged for the balance of their stay.

• The revenue from these reservations will NOT be counted in your total until AFTER March 1, 2026 when we have secured the remaining balances. Once we have processed all auto charges and cancellations, the guaranteed revenue will be added to your MARCH revenue numbers.
