Rate Code: Military Special
Discount is offered to United States active duty military, current Guard/Reserves members, veterans, retired service members, current & retired military spouses.
Year-round additional percentage off the Preferred Rate is now "up to 10% savings".
On Veterans Day - November 11 (and again on Memorial Day - May 26, 2025) we are increasing the % off to a total of up to 20% extra off Preferred. It is for stays booked on that date for any of the future available stay dates. Note, we will not be allowing spouses to book it on this date.
While we will not be listing specific blackout dates, the discount % off may vary based on room type and dates.
This is not an ask-only discount. However, you should only ask a caller if they are eligible if you are attempting to overcome a price objection.
DO NOT book someone under the military rate code who cannot show proof at check-in. If they cannot show proof, they will be charged the current BAR at check-in.
- Fine print: To verify the discount at check-in, please provide one of the following: Current Military ID Card (active/reserve/retired), DD Form 214, Veterans Organization ID Card, VA Issued ID Card, State Driver’s License (if it shows proof of military service), VFW or American Legion Membership Card or other valid proofs of service. Rates are available in select accommodations only and at select resorts only. Excludes groups and special events. No other discounts apply. A minimum night stay may be required. Taxes and fees are not included. Other restrictions may apply. Blackout dates may apply. Total savings vary by resort.
